If an event is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned before reaching the minimum regulation time required for the result to be deemed official, all bets on that event are refunded at the original stake as real-money balance in the user's account. For accumulator bets containing a cancelled event, that selection is removed from the accumulator and the remaining odds are recalculated.
Bet22 publishes odds based on real-time market data. In the event of an obvious pricing error — defined as odds visibly outside the standard market range for that type of event — bet22 reserves the right to cancel the affected bets regardless of outcome, with a full refund of the amount wagered.
Live bets on bet22 are subject to a few seconds of processing time during which odds may be updated. If the odds change while your bet is being processed, you will be notified and can either confirm the bet at the new odds or cancel it. Confirmed live bets are irreversible once accepted by the system.
